Cancellation by Ambitiate

• There may be instances where Ambitiate cannot accept and must cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Situations leading to order cancellation may include:
  • Non-availability of the product or the quantities ordered.
  • Non-availability of the requested service.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information.
  • Issues flagged by Ambitiate’s credit and fraud avoidance department.
• We may require additional verification or information before accepting your order. In such cases, we will contact you if:
  • Any portion of your order is cancelled.
  • Additional information is needed to proceed with your order.
• If your prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.
• Please note: Promo codes, once used, will not be refunded in case of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by us.

Cancellation by the User

• We reserve the right to accept or reject user-initiated requests for order cancellations for any reason.
• If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed or approved, Ambitiate will cancel the order and issue a shopping voucher equivalent to the value of the cancelled item within a reasonable time frame.
• Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
• Ambitiate reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an order has been processed. The customer agrees to accept Ambitiate’s decision regarding the cancellation.
• No refund will be provided once the order is placed.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded based on price changes after the order is placed.
